This is the Full and Comprehensive Service offered to you. This service includes all the benefits from the let only and rent collection services but also includes :-

The inventory prepared and updated at regular intervals throughout the tenancy when changes to the property are made.

Regular visits to the property to check everything is in order and a report sent to you at your request.

Reporting any problems and supervising maintenance works in relation to property repairs, breakdown of equipment and interruption of services.

Any maintenance requests up to an agreed level will also be arranged.
Administrating and dealing with the tenant on your behalf e.g. dealing with any queries into terms of the tenancy.

Advising you on compliance with the various safety regulations.

Arranging 12 monthly Gas Safety Checks.

Dealing with and issuing notices from you, where necessary.

Sending out Renewal letters and drawing up new tenancy agreements or paperwork as necessary.
