Tenant Agreements
Once a tenant has been identified, an appropriate Tenancy Agreement will be drawn up which will incorporate a repossession clause if you are letting your main place of residence and we will arrange the tenants signature.
In the event of the tenant falling into rental arrears or breaching the covenant, it is our policy to try and resolve these issues with a telephone call or letter. Any more serious action which may be required would be discussed with you first - but this is an unusual occurrence.
