Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) As from 6 April 2007 landlords who take deposits have been required to comply, by participation in a custodial or insured tenancy deposit scheme. There are alternatives to these schemes whereby a Landlord needn't take a deposit. Just4Let is affiliated to one such scheme called the Tenant Guarantee Scheme.
