Fully furnished? Unfurnished? What's the difference?

Properties are let with different levels of furnishings.
• Unfurnished means you can expect to leave carpets, possibly curtains and some fitted white goods.
• Fully furnished may include sitting room furniture, a dining table and chairs, beds, etc, and, sometimes other household items.
• Part Furnished could mean a mix of the above two.

Just4Let will liaise with you the landlord to decide how best to categorise the property. We will issue a list known as an Inventory showing what the property includes and submit this to you for approval. Once you have approved the inventory a copy will be given to prospective tenants and advertised.
