What's the difference between a Fully Managed property and Introduction Only?

Just4Let will find a tenant using the typical procedures, perform our duties in enabling the tenant a swift move into the property and be responsible for collecting your rent on a monthly basis. With this package you as Landlord will be responsible for maintenance and repair issues. Just4Let will only act in a financial manner for you.

• Tenant Introduction Only – Means exactly that. Just4Let will find tenants for the property and arrange the paperwork, then you, the Landlord, take over the management and in the case of any problems the tenant would contact you directly.
