What is the Length of tenancy?

The majority of tenancies are on an assured shorthold basis (AST) for a period of 6 months. These are renewed as required with a full management package and are sometimes chargeable to you on each occasion we perform them.
After the initial 6 months has expired, the tenants can remain on a rolling or a monthly contract, under the same conditions as the original agreement. (A Periodic Tenancy) Should they wish to vacate, they would give 1 month's prior notice in writing.
Shorter tenancies can be created with the agreement of both parties.
